  • Regarding My Account, how do I:

    • Make a payment If you recently received a bill for Elle Canada in the mail and would like to pay it online, or, if you would just like to ensure your payment is up-to-date, click here to enter our secure subscriber services site. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code to sign in, and you can pay your bill easily and securely to ensure you don't miss an issue.
    • Change my mailing address Planning a move? Click here to change your subscription address to ensure you don't miss an issue. You'll just need your account number or email address and postal code to sign into our secure subscriber services site.
    • Change or add my email address Make sure we have your current email address on file so you don't miss important information about your subscription. Adding your email address means you'll also have automatic access to the digital edition, which offers on-the-go access to Elle Canada and searchable archives. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Regarding Delivery, how do I:
    • Find out when my first issue will arrive. Your first issue should arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order. If it's been more than 6 weeks and you still haven't received an issue, please Contact Us to let us know.
    • Receive scent free issues Please Contact Us to make your request. Please note, because our magazines are printed in advance, you may receive one or two scented issues before your request takes effect.
    • Report a missing or damaged issue. Unfortunately, missed or damaged issues do sometimes happen and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Please Contact Us to let us know which issue you're missing.
    • Temporarily stop delivery. To temporarily stop delivery, please Contact Us to make your request. Your subscription will automatically be extended to compensate for unmailed issues.
    • Stop receiving duplicate issues. If you are receiving duplicate copies of the same magazine, please Contact Us to let us know so that we can combine and extend your subscription. Because our mailing labels are printed in advance, you may receive one or two duplicate issues before your request takes effect.
    • Report a missed gift with order. Occasionally, we offer special gifts as part of your paid subscription order. Please note, these usually take between 6 to 8 weeks to arrive, after we receive your payment. If, after 8 weeks, you still have not received your gift, please Contact Us to let us know.
